Darren Pickering (Director) With over nine years experience as both a graphic designer and senior web designer; Darren has been responsible for the design and build of web presences for a wide variety of SME's, arts bodies, educational organisations, as well as an number of international and blue chip companies.

As an accredited member of the UPA (Usability Professional's Association) and the UKWDA (United Kingdom Web Design Association), Darren is a highly skilled and experienced senior Web Designer/ Information Architect with extensive knowledge of all areas related to website testing and analysis, user centric web design and website analytics.

In his work, Darren produces websites through information architecture processes and procedures and analyses website design in terms of consumer usability and website functionality.

With over six years experience as a website marketing specialist, Noreen has worked with a wide variety of companies and organisations, such as charities, SME's, and blue chip companies from throughout the UK and Ireland.

An accredited member of the SEO PRO'S (Search Engine Optimisation Professionals) and an editor in the DMOZ directory, which feeds a number of major search engines, Noreen is an internet marketing specialist with extensive knowledge of all areas of internet marketing - search engine/directory optimisation and submission, site/ metatag optimisation, linkage, copywriting, email marketing, as well as planning online campaigns.
