During October 2006, the Land Registry of Northern Ireland, www.lrni.gov.uk , LRNI commissioned Elemental Creative Ltd to review their current web-user interface.
The project required an independent assessment of the effectiveness of the LRNI website to analyse how effective the website was, both as a communication channel and a commercial service.
LRNI was well aware of the obvious shortcomings of the existing site and felt that a review should address the less-obvious or hidden issues within the current website.
